    540 Exotics is committed to complying with all 
applicable federal, state, and local laws 
regarding the sale and shipment of hemp derived products.

VIRGINIA COMPLIANCE
    Our 25:1 CBD:THC Gummies are formulated to 
comply with current Virginia hemp regulations. 
Virginia law permits hemp products containing 
more than 2mg total THC per package when the 
product maintains a minimum CBD-to-THC ratio 
of 25:1 and otherwise meets applicable testing, 
labeling, and hemp product requirements. All 
products are manufactured from lawful hemp 
and undergo independent third-party laboratory 
testing. 

AGE VERIFICATION
    You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of 
age to purchase products from 540 Exotics. By 
placing an order, you represent and warrant that 
you meet all applicable age requirements in your 
jurisdiction.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
     540 Exotics ships only to jurisdictions where our 
products are believed to be lawful. Due to rapidly 
changing hemp regulations, we reserve the right 
to refuse, cancel, or refund any order at our sole 
discretion.

     We do not guarantee that our products are legal 
in every state, county, municipality, or tribal 
jurisdiction. Customers are responsible for 
understanding and complying with all laws 
applicable to their location.

    At this time, 540 Exotics may restrict or prohibit 
shipments to jurisdictions that have enacted 
laws limiting, prohibiting, or otherwise regulating 
hemp-derived THC products.

    Restricted shipping destinations may change 
without notice as laws and regulations evolve.

have questions regarding shipment eligibility in

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
    Certain shipments may require Adult Signature 
Confirmation upon delivery. Customers are 
responsible for ensuring an eligible adult is 
available to receive the package.

ORDER CANCELLATION
   540 Exotics reserves the right to cancel any 
order that:
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
• Cannot be legally shipped to the destination 
provided
• Fails age-verification requirements
• Appears fraudulent or otherwise violates 
company policies
